Engagement Session at The Fort Pierce Jetty
Well, Jeremy and I are on the road! As I type, we are headed to Charleston, SC for our babymoon! For those of you who don’t know, a babymoon is like a honeymoon you take before the baby comes. One last hurrah! I am most excited about venturing into the old historic neighborhoods, eating a ton of Southern Food (Pecan Pie!!), and touring museums!
I wanted to start out this week with a post from last Friday’s engagement session with Sandi and Tyler. Both of them have an affection for the ocean, boating and all things beachy. For Sandi and Tyler, it wasn’t hard to decide where to have their engagement session, especially since much of their relationship revolved around the water. We lucked out with perfect weather, perfect lighting and just an all around perfect afternoon for a session. The impending 'supermoon' made for an extra high tide, and as a result, we got some awesome shots near the rocks with the water splashing! They honed in on the Fort Pierce Inlet, particularly, North Jetty. I couldn’t have chosen a better place, myself!
One of the best things was that Tyler had mapped out some of the spots himself! I had been to the Jetty many times before, but I would never had known about the little trails and things had he not have taken us there. Way to go, Tyler! ;) Sandi, you looked gorgeous! Your make up by Maria Sommers was perfectly done! Ladies, if you're looking for a super talented make up artist, Maria is your girl!
I am so excited about Sandi and Tyler’s wedding next year! Cannot wait to document all of the authentic moments and all of the pretty little details! For now, here's a sneak peek of their session! :)
