Roots Grow Deep
They were just two giddy middle school 8th graders when they met. Among sack lunches, math tests and Dawson’s Creek, Becca and Paul were bestie’s from the beginning. Paul just knew there was something about Becca that made their friendship enduring. Little did he know that when a friendship this strong was watered, it could blossom into something BIG.
Eventually the pair decided to give love a chance and began dating. What transpired was a love that grew stronger than ever, creating a bond that couldn't be shaken. Last Saturday, I had the privilege of capturing the next chapter in their love story as the two dreamy eyed middle school BFF's married in Jensen Beach, FL.
To say that Paul and Becca make each other smile would be an understatement, they both make each other absolutely giddy. Their pastor said it best, if they can keep each other laughing their marriage will be a success! Friendship in a marriage is like rich soil in which roots grow deep.
Becca and Paul, I am so thankful to have witnessed the love and commitment that you two shared on your wedding day and was so proud to document such an event. May your marriage leave a legacy for your friends and family.
The day began at the Courtyard Marriott in Jensen Beach where Becca and her best friends laughed, sipped sweet drinks and prepped for the day.
I just love the thoughtful touch of detail that Paul and Becca brought to their wedding, even in this bottle of tequila "Chris, be my groomsman?"
Alyson Khanna did a phenomenal job on Becca's make up!
Becca, you truly looked like a priciness! Loving your Oleg Cassini wedding gown!
Bravo! Bob Tucker of Miss Daisy's Flowers and Gifts just thrilled me with this unique sprig and floral bouquet, notice the wreath underneath?! Not only that, but he coordinated the entire day and did such a fabulous job!!
After the girls were done prepping, we headed to Jensen Beach Christian Church. Can these two be any cuter? I love when flower girls wear a wreath of baby's breath, so cute!
They pretty much stole the show!
Congratulations! They did it!!!
After the ceremony, we encountered some heavy rain and shot most of the bridal party portraits indoors. What happened after the rain cleared was magnificent though! I just love the sky and the soft colors that proceeded. Kudos to Becca for braving the rain puddles to get this shot!
Their reception was held at The Inn at Ocean Village in Fort Pierce, a lovely place!
Loved all of the thought and detail behind their country themed wedding. Cow bells to ring for a kiss!! Everything was so cute!
Cheers to good times, good vibes, and friendships that last a lifetime!
