If you're considering having engagement photos taken in Stuart, you should consider having your pictures done at The House of Refuge on Hutchinson Island! You will not be disappointed! The House of Refuge boasts beautiful, large rocks along the seashore. When the tide is high and there is a swell in the water, the waves will make huge splashes against the rocks. This is a perfect setting for an incredible photograph!
My couple took their longboard out into the water and we were able to get a few shots of them hanging out on the board with the sun setting behind them. After they got out of the water, they cuddled up with a blanket. This made for a perfect lifestyle engagement photo!
Another thing that people love about this engagement photo location is the long dock that is located on the riverside. It is a perfect place for engagement photos of the sunset!
If you are the adventurous type, I'd suggest walking down to the beach on the riverside. You must be able to climb down many rocks to get there and at times it can be steep. Sometimes the rocks are loose and it will feel like you are loosing your balance, so brace yourself! One such picture that I love in this location happens to be this image featured here.
